Guaranteed Sound
We were very disturbed to learn that many other companies charge serious money for doing a job badly. We accept that sometimes mistakes are made and things can go wrong, but if it was the engineer or sound companies fault, then why should the customer still pay them?
We are so confident that we will do a great job on your show, we are able to offer a guarantee to that effect! As far as we are aware, we are the first sound hire company to put this much trust into our engineers and equipment and offer any sort of guarantee.
The following discounts will be applied directly to your invoice in the event of any of these mistakes being made:
- Feedback during performance – €35
- Missed cue (mic or sound effect) – €30
- Late cue (mic or sound effect) – €15
- Broken microphone (through no fault of the cast or backstage crew) – €30
There are some types of events where it would be impossible to guarantee the sound due to so many variables. Rock bands are immediately excluded for obvious reasons. There are some Terms & Conditions to this offer, and the Guaranteed Sound program must be agreed with AMP Sound Systems before the event. Mention it when getting a quote, and we will see if your show qualifies for a guarantee.
